HMC: Level One
A comprehensive overview of the key principles involved in designing Hybrid Programming. Use the Level One as your foundation for training Hybrid, or as your primer for the Level Two.

Meet your instructor: Alex Viada
A lifelong athlete, I've participated and competed in nearly every sport imaginable (some with greater success than others), since being dragged to my first swim meet when I was four years old. I've coached thousands of athletes, of all ages and levels, in sports ranging from bodybuilding to ultra-running to triathlon to cycling to powerlifting. I've also prepared close to 100 individuals for Ranger School, SFAS, BUD/s, and other selective military programs using everything I've learned from coaching athletes on every end of the strength and endurance spectrum.
Now, I spend my time coaching a hand-selected group of clients (apply via the Premier form), continuing my research, writing & creating new educational materials, and free weekly Q&As on my Instagram page.
I lean on my team to help me grow my craft, provide world-class coaching, and continue to exemplify every hallmark of true "hybrid" coaching.
