Each week will require a 2 hour "lab session" of work, as well as approximately 1-2 hours of independent work/study. There will also be frequent communication and "sample data" from either hypothetical athletes or real athletes (you may use one of your own, with their consent).
This program will last 10 weeks total- and again, is only open to one individual at a time. (You will effectively be the sole student in a fairly intensive class!)

The full process of client interviews and initial assessments:
- Initial athlete interview
- Choosing proper initial assessments
- Conducting and interpreting a gait analysis (in depth)
- Injury analysis and proper exercise selection
- Establishing appropriate milestones based on client history and objectives

Program design:
- How I design strength workouts for hypertrophy, maximum/competitive strength, supporting endurance athletes, hybrid athletes, and more.
- How I structure endurance programming, ranging from choosing of modalities to designing customized, structured workouts (including selection of intervals, intensity, frequency, and more).
- Warm ups, mobility, plyometrics, stability work, and everything that doesn't fall under the previous umbrella.
- Designing microcycles, yearly plans, peaking for events (A, B, C events, double peaking, how to modulate intensity to train THROUGH events, etc.)
- Interpreting data such as running gait dynamics, cycling dynamics, heart rate data, and velocity data to guide training.

Nutrition & Recovery
- Nutritional support for strength, endurance, hybrid athletes, physique athletes, weight loss/body composition, and more
- Recommended supplements and health monitoring
- Recovery, including interpretation of sleep data, HRV, HRR, and other metrics.
