Sean McAnallen

After serving as a Navy Diver for 8 years, I decided to pursue a career in Health & Fitness. Exercise has always been a huge part of my life, which has involved competing in running, HYROX & football. Having an interest in both strength & endurance has allowed me to greatly broaden my area of expertise, which I successfully apply to my clients programming. One of my main goals is to ensure that my clients progress through their fitness journey in a systematic manner, allowing for proper adaptation to the workload, & avoiding injury.

After coaching myself for 8+ years with YouTube & internet forums, before seeking external coaching, I want to make sure you don’t make the same circling mistakes that I did. I’ve coached clients to achieving their goals ranging from muscle building & fat loss, to completing marathons & HYROX.

My focus as a personal trainer is to ensure that my clients are both physically & mentally at their best, whilst providing them with education that will benefit them throughout their lives. Outside of coaching, I enjoy skiing when I get the opportunity. Thankfully Europe is an easy travel destination, as Scotland is lucky to get an afternoon of snow throughout the year.
