As a coach, I believe performance is about more than just training the body — it’s about building the mindset to embrace challenges and grow through them. My background spans both strength and endurance: I’ve competed in Ironman triathlons, ultra marathons, obstacle course races, and 10k swims, while also training and coaching weightlifting and CrossFit. This blend of experiences allows me to work with a wide range of clients — from everyday athletes who want to stay fit and healthy, to competitive individuals preparing for their next event. In both one-to-one and group settings, I focus on developing resilience, confidence, and the practical skills that help people perform at their best. Whether you’re chasing a personal milestone or stepping up to a big competition, I’ll guide you with structured training, accountability, and the mindset tools to back it all up.

I love a challenge, so it's hard to say I have a favourite sport. What I really enjoy are the hours of effort, the grit and determination, and that feeling of accomplishment. That's why I love working with anyone - whether it's to complete or compete. From complete beginners to seasoned athletes chasing their next competition, I can't wait to work alongside you.
