Louise is the brand new community manager here at APE. Her job is to help you get the most out of the community and the service by helping you find the answers you need, when you need them. Louise runs a gym in England and participates in a massive mix of training. This year she's having her first go at HYROX doubles in London in November, and has been found running ultramarathons, doing Ironmans, long endurance cycling, lifting ALL the weights and any other fitness challenge she can find.
