Whether the goal is to train like a super soldier, or to train for your next HYROX, our group coaching is meant to address the complex demands of permanent preparedness.
Choose from any of our six training programs (outlined below) and rotate whenever you'd like. All programs are designed to promote constant development and growth and can be used for a wide variety of sport goals, but athletes are recommended to pursue one-on-one coaching if their goals are very specific or require a dedicated peak.

Programming is hosted in TrainingPeaks, in a Dynamic Training Plan
Community is hosted in Kajabi, with access to coaches for form checks, questions, challenges, and meet ups.

FOR ALL ATHLETES
Especially those that are interested in exploring the hybrid space, but by using a variety of exercises, methods, modalities, and leaving no stone unturned.
NO minimum fitness level required for entry, but general knowledge of barbell lifts (unless gym access is guaranteed and machines are available) is recommended, as is access to the endurance modality you wish to use (treadmill in winter, etc). Form checks are offered in the community, so don't panic if you aren't 100% confident.

I (Alex) developed this program over two decades into my hybrid coaching career, and it is really the pinnacle of everything I've learned after working with thousands and thousands of athletes.
Mike Thompson is our community manager and group coach, and follows the program as well, so he understands the ins and outs of it better than most.
FAQ
Is there a minimum time commitment here? I'm a busy person, and can only train a few times a week
I have very limited equipment- can this program be done for someone who is either training at home with a dumbbell or two, or only has access to a minimal gym?
I'm a beginner/advanced athlete. Is this program too hard/too easy for me?
Is this a good program for someone training for a specific sport (Triathlon, powerlifting, road racing)?
I'm interested in this program but there are a lot of new movements/disciplines I have no experience in. Will I be able to get help in learning proper form/technique?
