Our triathlon coaching package is unique. Our coaches incorporate strength and endurance programming to into all of their training to make you the best, most well-rounded athlete you can be. All packages include daily customized strength and endurance programming, a basic TrainingPeaks account, regular contact with your coach and 10% off additional services.


At Complete Human Performance, we see the bigger picture and aim to train triathletes for a lifetime of successful training, racing, and fueling. We do this through an integrated system that creates a stronger, less injured, and better fueled endurance athlete.


The new path for triathlons that we see incorporates more than the traditional swim/bike/run. We use strength principles to build a more complete athlete and nutrition that works to ensure the best possible performance every single day.


 Essentially, we take our signature hybrid athlete protocol one step further by creating the best possible program to make each individual a hybrid triathlete.


Mike Fecik

Mike, USA Triathlon, Cycling, and Track and Field certified coach has been coaching for over 6 years. He swam competitively in college and then started racing triathlons. 

Jon Fecik

Jon has been a triathlete for over 10 years and loves the sport. He has competed in over 60 triathlons, trained for over 30 hours in a week, and finished the Ironman World Championship.

Sierra Huber

Sierra Huber has been coaching for over 10 years. She is a certified USAT Level 1 and ASCA Level 1 coach, and continues to train extensively as both a coach and an athlete.

This is an introduction to triathlon and is intended for someone just starting out or looking to add elements of triathlon to their general training plan. This package includes:

  • Customized goal setting
  • Daily programming
  • TrainingPeaks account
  • Up to 7 emails weekly
  • 10% off add-on services



Per week

The Silver package is our most popular triathlon coaching package. It includes everything you need to succeed at any distance of racing while also improving strength for injury prevention. Includes all of the services in the Bronze Package is PLUS:

  • 1 hour initial assessment
  • Unlimited email contact
  • Input from multiple coaches




The Gold package is our premier triathlon coaching package. It is a comprehensive plan including strength training to improve power and speed while keeping injuries at bay. Includes all of the services in the Silver Package PLUS:

  • Race planning
  • Movement analysis
  • Race nutrition planning
  • Phone, email , IM contact
