Professional Gait Analysis

Whether you're looking to overcome injuries or simply improve running economy, we can help you run faster, healthier, and more efficiently through our gait analysis services. This isn't the typical gait analysis you'd get at your local running store; we look at every detail to optimize performance and fine tune your stride for speed and efficiency.

HR and Data Analysis

Heart rate monitors have become increasingly popular over the last decade, but few athletes utilize them to their full potential. We use a series of assessments to accurately determine your heart rate training zones and ensure you're training at the proper intensity for your goals to make the most of your training time and optimize recovery. Athletes without a heart rate monitor can still take advantage of our coaching abilities by providing other important performance metrics.
