Anthony graduated from Duke University with a BS in Biology and a BA in Visual Art. He spent a year working as a protein biochemist in the laboratory of Dan Kiehart at Duke.

Annie “Gunshow” started on her path into fitness by achieving B.S.s in Exercise Physiology and Nutritional Science before moving on to get her masters in Exercise Physiology.

Margie began as an intern with CHP. She was mentored by the team to gain an understanding and learn the ropes of coaching and programming for hybrid athletes.

The one-off diet template is meant for someone who has experience with meal planning, but wants help designing a general plan to stick with. It is a customized plan, but does not include check-ins after delivery.

Our basic package is intended for the client who requires a base level of interaction. Weekly check ins are fine for this individual, you have experience with nutrition plans or just want something that fits into your daily life.

Our master package is for the client who has more specific needs- you want more feedback, more frequent coach interaction, or have more ambitious or specific goals that will require more time on both your end and your coach's end.

*All Basic and Master ongoing nutrition packages are billed monthly based on 4.25 weeks/month. You can discontinue services at the end of any month.
